The breeder rather tries to prove his competence through the results of his dogs. Breeders who, like us, are members of a pure breed dog club, have the additional goals to preserve and to improve the breed. For them, dogshows are also a forum where they can exchange their ideas and opinions.

For the dabbler, who is looking for a new companion, the dogshow is a dog market where he has the possibility to inform himself, to compare dogs and breeds and to make a choice.
